Penfolds is more than just a business to us. It’s the product of more than two decades of experience of the highs and lows of property. This, alongside our unwavering passion, and our own family values means we’re in it for the long haul, for the good times and the bad, making lasting property matches for buyers, sellers and investors alike.

With that, here is the story so far...



Becky Penfold Photography; Becky’s experience as a professional photographer gave her an exacting eye for capturing important details in people’s homes.


Helen undertook a BA (hons) in Property Development & Planning at the University of the West of England, where she turned her passion into authoritative expertise.



Hungry for her first role, Helen joined Hamptons International, where even as an apprentice she strived to do her best for her clients.


Becky’s time at Burns & Webber allowed her to develop her genuine passion for helping people, gaining a reputation for an honest, no-nonsense approach along the way.



After being promoted to the Shad Thames branch of Hamptons International in London, Helen worked with her team, sellers and buyers to succeed through the economic crisis.


Becky’s career progressed quickly when she was asked to set up and run the Business Development department at Curchods Estate Agents, where in leading initiatives and implementing growth she made a huge impact on the company and local market.



Helen’s success continued in Shad Thames after taking over the management of the office, overseeing a variety of property transactions, from helping families find their perfect home to managing clients investment portfolios.


Testing the water in setting up her own office, Helen jumped at the opportunity to work with JLL, headhunted to set up a brand-new office in the major London regeneration zone of Nine Elms. Here, she developed a firm understanding of the new homes market, to accompany her already extensive track record in the second hand market.



Given their professional backgrounds Helen and Becky’s conversations often turned to property. More often than not, how the gap between the advances in digital technology and the qualities of traditional service, namely great communication, trust, empathy and individuality could be bridged. And thus Penfolds was born.


After much thought and dedication, Penfolds is brought to life.
