Nestled in the West Sussex Countryside

A village guide to Kirdford wouldn’t be complete without noting the beautiful West Sussex countryside that surrounds it. There are plenty of footpaths and bridleways to explore. There’s also a very pretty and gentle circular walk that starts and finishes in the village centre; close to both local pubs, which is always a bonus! Come summer, head a little further afield; West Wittering beach is an easy drive for family days out. And finally, in autumn and winter, enjoy a stroll in beautiful Petworth Park or discover the abandoned church in Bedham woods.
