The local community shop is well stocked with fresh meat from the local butcher, daily delivery of bread, rolls and it provides Royal Mail facilities. There is also a fresh fish van located at the village shop on Saturdays. Local pubs are the Forester and the Half Moon and there are a number of public footpaths idea for dog walking"
